This means: with the right technique and with the right amount of movement.

Do you want to work out in the gym?So the GYM plan will be the right nut for you.

Thats why we have prepared very detailed descriptions of the exercises - including how to breathe.
We also recorded a video for every single exercise, where you can see the correct execution and remember it better.
5-6 trainings of all kinds that you enjoy and advanceFrom HIIT to strength training to yoga.
All of this is regularly combined in training plans.
Prepare for 4-5 strength or conditioning sessions per week plus one mobility session.
How does it work?You can either subscribe to one of the plans (or even both), or pay for one training session for the test.
You set up a subscription on the BeElated website and then log in with the same username in the mobile application.
